Jacob brings more than 30 years of experience in both direct leadership and leadership support. Auckland NZ-based, his main focus is on business development – in the cross-field between strategy, people, and crucial business processes.

He is very direct in his approach, saying what he means, meaning what he says. He creates “followership” – setting things into motion and pushing for results and achievements. Jacob always seeks to activate the company's purpose to insure that it is reflected in the behavior - both internally and externally. He masters the synchronisation of purpose, values, culture, strategy, and goals.

Jacob has worked with some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia, Europe, USA and Asia throughout most industries.

He recently (2021/22) completed a high-level, fast-paced 10-month full-time “Need Based Innovation Programme” at the University of Copenhagen.

Mads has an extensive experience in the complex area of developing and improving healthy business cultures. Having a culture that supports learning will be even more essential as we move forward and Mads has developed a set of tools to support the needs of transformation: “The 4 Disciplines in an Effective and Healthy Culture”.

With more than 30 years of experience as a management consultant, a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, he is NLP Master and much more. Mads comes with a long and proven track record of successfully delivering results with some of the biggest companies.

Mads is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and works with customers all over the world.

Asger Fredslund

Asger comes with a unique skillset being one of the few people that has been part of the Royal Danish Special Forces that enforces danish sovereignty in the North East Greenland - the unit is called “Sirius Dog Sled Patrol. The abilities acquired here is the foundation of his abilities to develop high performance teams. Asger has a Master’s degree in Production Engineering and Organisational Theory and his skillset has been used to develop leadership teams all over the world.
